Use this checklist to agree requirements. It does not establish specifications, lead times or service commitments.

1. Project: retailer, country, channel, SKU, model, quantity per item and shipment splits.

2. Product: dimensions, LED count and spacing, lead, wire color, light color and effects, power, voltage, plug and controls; indoor or outdoor use.

3. Documents: covered models, applicant, date, test scope and power configuration; additional testing and document access.

4. Packaging: unit pack, dimensions, artwork revision, languages, barcode supply and verification, instructions, display-box quantity and try-me requirements.

5. Shipping: carton quantity and dimensions, net and gross weight, marks, pallets, destination and agreed trade terms.

6. Samples: reference, quantity, purpose, cost, approver, approval date and specification revision; change record.

7. Acceptance: appearance, function, quantity and packaging criteria; inspection method, timing, third-party arrangements and costs.

8. Schedule: artwork, sample and test approval; production, dispatch, warehouse arrival and shelf date; reconfirm changes.

9. Delivery issues: order, model, batch, affected quantity, symptoms, installation and operating conditions, photos or video; remedies under the order agreement.
